Insurance Agency in Michiana and the expanded Northern Indiana and SW Michigan area. I am licensed
in several other states in addition to IN and MI as well. We are focused on serving the life,
health, Medicare, retirement and long-term care insurance needs of small businesses and
middle-income families and individuals. We personally meet with our clients to understand their

significant cost associated with finding affordable health care and benefit solutions for the
individual, family and for small businesses. I was CEO of Anco Products, Inc., a manufacturing firm
in Elkhart, IN for over 12 years and watched the group health benefits raise in cost as much as 40
in some years. I have experience in developing innovative solutions. For small businesses that
have decided they no longer can sustain an employer group policy, I have helped find individual
solutions for the employees and their families. I have also helped the employers find compliant tax
solutions via FSA/HRA and HSA plans so they can continue to enjoy tax savings not only for the
company but also for the employees. I am a proud retired member of the US Army and I served as a
Colonel on the Army Staff in Washington, DC. I am a graduate of the US Military Academy, West
Point, NY and I have an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN. In addition, I was
honored to be an agency manager with HealthMarkets for several years before I decided to divest the
agency and focus individually on my current clients. Through my business and leadership
experience, I am able to bring a unique perspective to my ability to help people address a very
important part of their financial budget--health care. I also am a proud father and husband with
